What you will do

• Deploy and configure CRM, project management, and automation systems to eliminate business bottlenecks.
• Build automated email, SMS, and AI workflows to ensure instant lead response and qualification.
• Develop data pipelines and profitability dashboards to provide real-time financial clarity for firm owners.
• Consolidate manual processes into smart templates and build automation for complex document generation.
• Lead AI training sessions to embed practical and efficient AI use into daily firm operations.
• Manage 1-4 client engagements end-to-end, from requirements gathering and system design to training and adoption.

Requirements

• English: Professional fluency (B2 level minimum) for advising US-based executives.
• Timezone: Availability during US morning hours.
• Proven track record of deploying CRMs, Project Management systems, and Low-Code/No-Code automation tools.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-tech audiences.
• Systems thinking approach to connect technical implementation directly to business outcomes.
• Ownership mentality and the ability to solve complex problems autonomously without micromanagement.

Nice to have

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting or similar roles for SMEs.
• Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) and PM tools (Asana, Monday, Airtable, ClickUp).
• Experience with iPaaS tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or MS Power Platform.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Gemini).
• Experience with data analysis tools (BigQuery, Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau) and REST API integrations.
