What you will do

  • Develop and implement new features, APIs, and products to enhance customer financial lives.
  • Architect and design highly scalable and reliable backend products.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to solve hard problems and ship high-quality code.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive documentation for a growing remote organization.
  • Solve complex problems related to real-world money movement and sensitive financial data at scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product-facing backend development.
  • Strong track record of delivering high-impact features and products.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing APIs.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proactivity and a builder mindset with a drive for execution.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience incorporating AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude into execution.
  • Familiarity with Node, TypeScript, NestJS, Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Experience with React Native for cross-platform product features.
