Account Executive (Healthcare)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Healthcare): Leading account growth and portfolio strategy for a global pharmaceutical and Medical Devices enterprise with an accent on business development and executive relationship building. Focus on translating business challenges into technology-enabled solutions and co-creating roadmaps for MedTech clients.

Location: Hybrid in Raritan, New Jersey. Must work from the office 3 times per week and be available to travel to client sites.

Salary: $15,000 - $18,750 a month

What you will do

• Develop and execute growth plans to build pipeline and close new programs within the client account.
• Cultivate senior relationships across business and IT functions to become a trusted advisor in Medical Devices.
• Diagnose business problems and frame value cases for cloud, data, and AI/automation solutions.
• Craft proposals, statements of work, and ROI models aligned with MedTech regulatory requirements.
• Orchestrate internal cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and smooth project kickoffs.
• Track and report growth KPIs including pipeline, win rate, and revenue expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years in program/account management or consulting with a record of growing enterprise accounts.
• Deep domain experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, specifically Medical Devices.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite executives and translate needs into technology strategies.
• Understanding of modern digital platforms (cloud, data engineering) and AI.
• Experience operating within regulated environments and quality frameworks common to MedTech.
• Bachelor's degree required.
