What you will do

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests, ensuring high user satisfaction through timely updates.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and the internal knowledge base.
  • Manage user access and identity through employee lifecycle events including pre-hire and separation.
  • Support onboarding by deploying hardware and providing necessary training to new hires.
  • Handle office-related technical issues including A/V, printers, and network connectivity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting both Windows and macOS.
  • Experience supporting a remote workforce.
  • Proficiency in basic user administration for Okta, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting techniques.
  • Must be based in the US to support the New York office and remote staff.
