What you will do
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Respond to incidents and service requests, ensuring high user satisfaction through timely updates.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and the internal knowledge base.
- Manage user access and identity through employee lifecycle events including pre-hire and separation.
- Support onboarding by deploying hardware and providing necessary training to new hires.
- Handle office-related technical issues including A/V, printers, and network connectivity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting both Windows and macOS.
- Experience supporting a remote workforce.
- Proficiency in basic user administration for Okta, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting techniques.
- Must be based in the US to support the New York office and remote staff.
