What you will do

• Develop and maintain current, future, and transitional state architectures, creating conceptual, logical, and physical diagrams.
• Define and govern architectural decisions, policies, and standards across programs in partnership with the CIO and Chief Architect.
• Identify and establish new enterprise building blocks and reusable architectural patterns to ensure system consistency.
• Guide architects and technical leads to align application development with architectural best practices.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation strategies related to major architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to translate strategic objectives into scalable technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Experience working within an Enterprise Architecture framework such as TOGAF.
• Fluency in cloud-native, microservices, event-driven, and AI-enabled architectures.
• Experience in legacy modernization and enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in creating architecture artifacts using tools like Visio or draw.io.
