TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $155,900 - $216,000 a year

hirify.global is redefining legal operations through an AI-centric platform that streamlines enterprise legal management and contract lifecycle processes.

What you will do

  • Define and evolve the overall system architecture for the platform to ensure scalability and resiliency.
  • Establish architecture standards, design principles, and best practices across engineering teams.
  • Lead design reviews and technical governance for major strategic initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of microservices, event-driven systems, and API-first design patterns.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to senior engineers across multiple teams.
  • Lead initiatives regarding AI integration, automation, and intelligent workflows.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails (or similar dynamic backend frameworks) and React.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
