What you will do

• Partner with sales and customer success teams to build ROI models and translate technical outcomes into measurable business results for executives.
• Design and implement robust dbt models to transform raw hirify.global data into analytics-ready tables for outcome attribution.
• Architect scalable data solutions using a modern stack including SQL, Snowflake, Python, and Airflow.
• Implement automated tests, monitoring dashboards, and data quality frameworks in collaboration with Product Analytics.
• Create data marts and parameterized queries to enable self-service complex analyses for Value Engineering.
• Craft persuasive presentations and thought leadership content to communicate insights internally and externally.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses and query optimization.
• Proficiency with dbt for transformation, modeling, documentation, testing, and end-to-end pipeline ownership.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sisense to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for data workflows, version control (Git), and testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to connect product usage data to business outcomes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with event instrumentation and user behavioral data.
• Scripting ability in Python for automation and data processing.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools like Airflow, Fivetran, Looker, or Segment.
