What you will do

• Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for global clients and partners.
• Forecast and communicate project timelines, ensuring stakeholders are informed of milestones and dependencies.
• Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders to educate them on hirify.global's solutions and deployment process.
• Collaborate with developers and deployment managers to integrate the technology suite with client applications.
• Investigate and diagnose technical challenges to ensure solution quality and sustainability.
• Facilitate client status meetings to manage scope and schedule of multiple concurrent deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company.
• Applied knowledge of agile software development processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
• English: Fluent and idiomatic proficiency required.

Nice to have

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a relevant technology/management field.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, or MS Project.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications.
