What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships at all levels within the assigned territory.
  • Actively cold call, prospect, and build a pipeline for new business targeting the data center profile.
  • Upsell core product sets to existing and new customers.
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly margin results to achieve sales goals.
  • Create and execute territory management plans while collaborating with the sales team.
  • Travel periodically to visit key customer sites or attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, or a related field (or 9+ years of experience).
  • 5+ years of structured cabling sales and strategic account management experience.
  • Experience in Data Center or Enterprise environments with an understanding of fiber infrastructure.
  • Strong skills in solution-based selling and presenting technical solutions to business stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
