What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership to drive growth through process optimization and financial rigor.
• Lead the business operating rhythm, including weekly/monthly forecast, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking.
• Develop territory methodologies, headcount models, and capacity planning for ERU and IX teams.
• Champion the adoption and innovation of sales tools such as Salesforce and hirify.global.
• Collaborate with Analytics and BI teams to design performance-driving reporting and dashboards.
• Align operational strategy with GTM goals through cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Enablement, and Product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Operations or GTM Strategy with a strong SaaS background.
• Experience supporting sales organizations targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
• Proven success in building territory models and forecasting processes.
• Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize revenue cycles.
• Strong analytical skills; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dublin.
