What you will do

• Lead and develop an operations team supporting global and regional Professional Services, Training, and strategic accounts.
• Establish operational KPIs and analyze business trends, team capacity, effort, and resource allocation.
• Drive process optimization, operational tooling standardization, governance, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage Training Operations logistics, including scheduling, resource provisioning, enrollment workflows, and tracking.
• Own global revenue forecasting and communicate business trends to leadership, FP&A, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee strategic account operations and lead cross-functional PS&T initiatives and change programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Training, Sales, or Revenue Operations within global technology or SaaS organizations.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent four-year degree.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, KPI management, dashboard development, and business trend evaluation skills.
• Experience leading large-scale global and cross-functional projects and influencing virtual teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with PS&T operational tools such as NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro, Salesforce, and LMS or training platforms.
