What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of complex commercial transactions across the NEMEA and SEMEA regions.
• Validate product configurations, pricing, commercial terms, and booking requirements prior to order execution.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ issues related to quoting, approvals, pricing, and product rules.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Systems to ensure seamless Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) workflows.
• Support critical quarter-end and year-end operational activities to meet business deadlines.
• Develop knowledge articles and recommend system improvements for Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and NetSuite.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.
• Proven experience supporting complex SaaS commercial transactions in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and NetSuite ERP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues.
• Must be based in Ireland; no visa sponsorship is provided.

• Experience supporting global or multi-region commercial operations.
• Background in contributing to Salesforce CPQ enhancements or system implementations.
• Knowledge of automation tools or process improvement methodologies.
