What you will do

• Hire, lead, and develop a team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives.
• Ensure consistent delivery against team revenue goals.
• Guide strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to the value of the AI platform.
• Partner with sales leadership to define and refine a repeatable sales process.
• Manage pipeline and provide regular forecasting reports on individual and team results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account strategies and maximize customer value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams in the software industry.
• Proven track record of 100%+ quota achievement as both a manager and individual contributor.
• Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing sales teams from the ground up.
• Ability to sell effectively into C-level and VP-level sales leadership.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue leadership priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
• Experience with a Global Accounts Program.
