TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (AI): Building relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and driving new business opportunities for an AI observability platform with an accent on sophisticated prospecting strategies and managing complex sales cycles. Focus on identifying customer use cases, scoping licensing, and driving adoption of AI/ML evaluation and observability solutions.

Location: Remote, must be based in the US (San Francisco Bay Area and New York City offices are optional)

Salary: $160,000 - $225,000 + competitive equity package

What you will do

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and be an active community member.
  • Conduct discovery with prospects and articulate the Arize vision.
  • Execute a sophisticated prospecting strategy to generate new business.
  • Research accounts, stakeholders, and competitors to create effective sales plays.
  • Manage proof of concepts, drive adoption, and expand accounts by understanding use cases and scoping licensing.
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Full-cycle sales experience, adept at navigating enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies.
  • Self-starter, comfortable in limited process environments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player with a focus on collective success.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

  • Previous selling experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
