What you will do

• Own and articulate the product vision and strategy for simplified investing and cash savings solutions.
• Identify innovation opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor propositions, and regulatory changes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept through launch and optimization.
• Define and track KPIs to continuously improve product performance and customer outcomes.
• Ensure all products comply with FCA regulations and the Consumer Duty framework.
• Coach and mentor other product managers to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management within banking, asset management, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of investing products and cash savings, preferably in a D2C or platform environment.
• Proven ability to translate customer research and data into strategic product decisions.
• Experience building product roadmaps and business cases with measurable impact.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London (min 50% office time).
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
