What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics implementation planning across web and digital platforms.
• Translate business requirements into tracking specifications and data layer requirements.
• Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
• Define and align KPIs based on business and marketing objectives.
• Develop reporting use cases, dashboards, and analyze user journeys and funnel behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure accurate data implementation.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in digital analytics or implementation roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Proven expertise in KPI definition and measurement frameworks.
• Experience developing reporting use cases and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of event tracking and data layer concepts.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML for debugging and implementation support.
• Experience with other tools like Adobe Analytics or Tealium.
• Exposure to dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
