TL;DR

Digital Marketing Analyst (Data Analytics): Executing marketing advertising programs and performing regular analysis and reporting in support of digital marketing initiatives with an accent on data-driven insights and performance optimization. Focus on building dashboards, analyzing user behavior, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Location: Must be based in Richmond, VA. US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Collect and analyze data across digital channels including website analytics, email, and PPC advertising.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, user experience, and the customer journey.
  • Partner with the Digital Content team to analyze website performance and organic traffic.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement data-driven strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on data analytics or digital marketing experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with BigQuery, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Proven track record in managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Must have US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CCPA and GDPR laws.
  • Experience with OneTrust.
  • Relevant certifications in data visualization or marketing technology.
