Location: Hybrid (Minneapolis, MN). Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN (average 3 days/week)

Salary: $49,500 - $66,000

What you will do

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the evaluation and growth of healthcare products.
• Translate complex data into clear, data-driven narratives to influence stakeholders and product roadmaps.
• Own regular deliverables for various business units, ensuring consistency and efficiency using multiple technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business strategies in a scalable fashion.
• Apply quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all analytical deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Microsoft Excel for manipulating complex datasets.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or another statistical programming language.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Background or interest in health insurance or healthcare.
• Understanding of industry-specific datasets (claims, EHR, etc.) or KPIs.
