Salary: $165,000 - $188,000

What you will do

• Define objectives, scope, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project timelines, track dependencies, and adjust plans as priorities shift.
• Identify risks early, coordinate mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution of blockers.
• Facilitate collaboration across software, hardware, science, and product teams to ensure aligned deliverables.
• Provide concise, actionable updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress and decisions.
• Coordinate software releases, track readiness criteria, and communicate expectations to impacted teams.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a similar technical role.
• 3+ years of experience managing or coordinating software development projects.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methods, tools, and infrastructure.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, robotics, or other domains with real-time high-reliability software requirements.
• Comfort with Jira, Confluence and other productivity tools.
• Exposure to OKR or goal-setting frameworks.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance (Secret or higher) or ability to obtain one.
