What you will do

• Design and develop all aspects of vision control systems, equipment, and programming.
• Write, implement, and debug PLC software using RSLogix5000 and Studio5000.
• Provide technical support for existing vision equipment on a global scale.
• Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from technical specification to startup support.
• Develop contingency and disaster recovery plans and create training documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive innovation and improve efficiencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a controls or vision engineering role.
• Proficiency in RSLogix5000, Studio5000, and FactoryTalk View Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Keyence and Cognex cameras.
• C+ or C++ programming capabilities.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI capabilities.
• Willingness to travel globally (30-50%) and work long hours during installations if required.
