What you will do
- Guide client onboarding and technical implementation for the identity verification and fraud prevention platform.
- Drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR) by ensuring customers derive maximum value and ROI from the solutions.
- Manage the QBR process to reinforce value, align on strategic priorities, and surface innovation opportunities.
- Lead upsell and cross-sell POCs, demonstrating the value of additional solutions through strategic narratives and quantitative analysis.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence next-gen innovations.
- Provide actionable insights on scoring decisions and fraud trends in collaboration with Data Science.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in professional services, customer management, or sales engineering.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level engagements involving analytics and enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
- Technical proficiency in ML/DS technologies, RESTful APIs, RDBMS, and SDLC.
- Prior experience with credit/fraud risk management, threshold optimization, and OCR/CV tools.
- Domain expertise in banking regulations including FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, PATRIOT Act, and BSA.
