Senior Accountant (Reporting)

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 a year

What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support annual external audits and manage bank covenant and tax incentive reporting.
• Execute general ledger transactions and maintain sub-ledger files with high accuracy.
• Analyze monthly expense fluctuations and present detailed explanations to management.
• Account for complex debt and equity transactions and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and implement new accounting policies and process improvements for reporting areas.

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and auditing.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting concepts.
• Expert Excel skills and strong technical aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with vendors and internal departments.
• Must have US work authorization and be based in the USA to access company benefits (401k, HSA).
