What you will do

• Identify potential prospects through LinkedIn and curated market and news sources.
• Research company and individual profiles against defined criteria to ensure quality.
• Enter, update, and enrich prospect records within the CRM to maintain a clean pipeline.
• Draft and send professional outbound outreach messages and manage follow-ups.
• Schedule introductory calls and meetings once prospects are approved.
• Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on lead quality and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in lead generation, research, or SDR support.
• Must be based in South Africa.
• Excellent written English proficiency (C1+).
• Strong skills in LinkedIn research and structured data organization.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with structured workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, SaaS, or professional services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Comfort working in AI-assisted or automation-enabled environments.
