TL;DR

What you will do
- Identify potential prospects through LinkedIn and curated market and news sources.
- Research company and individual profiles against defined criteria to ensure quality.
- Enter, update, and enrich prospect records within the CRM to maintain a clean pipeline.
- Draft and send professional outbound outreach messages and manage follow-ups.
- Schedule introductory calls and meetings once prospects are approved.
- Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on lead quality and process improvements.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in lead generation, research, or SDR support.
- Must be based in South Africa.
- Excellent written English proficiency (C1+).
- Strong skills in LinkedIn research and structured data organization.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with structured workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience in finance, SaaS, or professional services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Comfort working in AI-assisted or automation-enabled environments.
