Salary: $140,000–$170,000 + 10% target annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead partner sourcing by identifying and evaluating data and research providers aligned with business needs.
• Manage a portfolio of existing partnerships, ensuring service quality and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
• Monitor partner performance and usage metrics to optimize renewal decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to create partnership marketing programs.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and track industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in account management and/or business development.
• 7+ years of experience working with financial services clients (Investment Banking, PE, VC).
• Domain expertise in core capabilities like Funds & Benchmarking, Credit, or Equity Research.
• Prior experience with partnership/alliance licensing and GTM structures.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
