What you will do

• Support pre-sales cycles through customer discovery and translation of operational requirements into solution narratives.
• Configure and deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases and workflows.
• Contribute to deal strategy and opportunity progression using MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies.
• Leverage generative AI tools and copilots to enhance discovery, proposal development, and customer engagement.
• Maintain demo environments and provide ongoing feedback to the product team on feature requests and workflow gaps.
• Support the development of technically accurate and compliant RFP/RFI responses.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or sales engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS products, preferably in public safety, government, or regulated environments.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based FBI CJIS background check.
• Strong AI literacy, including familiarity with generative AI and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, Public Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
