TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (Fintech/Healthtech): Driving new business growth and acquiring enterprise customers within the financial services and healthcare sectors with an accent on complex, multi-threaded sales cycles. Focus on executing value-based selling methodologies, managing high-value deals, and establishing the company as a market leader in revenue intelligence.
Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or hybrid in Austin, Chicago, NYC, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco). Role requires up to 20% travel.
Compensation: $240,000 – $330,000 OTE (USD).

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing within a greenfield territory.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans for enterprise clients in financial services and healthcare.
- Engage with C-suite and senior leadership to educate them on revenue intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with SDR, Sales, and Engineering teams to craft account-based sales strategies.
- Continuously optimize outbound prospecting messaging to scale new business opportunities.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support complex deal closures.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant sales experience, including 3+ years selling complex SaaS to enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ net new ARR targets and closing six-figure deals.
- Experience selling to C-suite and senior stakeholders in organizations with 1,000+ employees.
- Demonstrated success using MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling methodologies.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
