What you will do

• Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from initial discovery to closing.
• Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align the platform with high-level business outcomes.
• Lead complex proof-of-concepts (POCs), defining success criteria and quantifying business value.
• Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering for onboarding.
• Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
• Ability to engage both technical teams and C-suite executives (CIO/CDO).
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.

Nice to have

• Experience in Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platforms.
• Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies.
• Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting.
