Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: Base $140,000–$160,000 (OTE is double base; commissions are uncapped)

What you will do

  • Prioritize top-named Fortune 500 banking and financial services accounts to grow a key industry territory.
  • Execute strategic plans to maintain a consistent pipeline and consistently exceed annual targets.
  • Navigate intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and complex organizational structures.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop solutions using Felix AI that address customer challenges.
  • Build compelling business cases demonstrating tangible ROI and strategic advantages for prospective clients.
  • Partner with delivery teams post-sale to ensure long-term success and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within Banking or Financial Services accounts.
  • Proven history of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals valued between $500k–$1M+.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust with senior stakeholders and C-Suite executives.
  • Experience developing data-driven business cases and demonstrating ROI.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDPICC) and proficiency with CRM and AI tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.
