Salary: Base $140,000–$160,000 (OTE is double base; commissions are uncapped)

What you will do
- Prioritize top-named Fortune 500 banking and financial services accounts to grow a key industry territory.
- Execute strategic plans to maintain a consistent pipeline and consistently exceed annual targets.
- Navigate intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and complex organizational structures.
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop solutions using Felix AI that address customer challenges.
- Build compelling business cases demonstrating tangible ROI and strategic advantages for prospective clients.
- Partner with delivery teams post-sale to ensure long-term success and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within Banking or Financial Services accounts.
- Proven history of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals valued between $500k–$1M+.
- Ability to build and maintain trust with senior stakeholders and C-Suite executives.
- Experience developing data-driven business cases and demonstrating ROI.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDPICC) and proficiency with CRM and AI tools.
- Must be based in the United States.
