Sr. HR Business Partner

TL;DR

Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP): Collaborating with business unit leaders to develop and execute HR strategies with an accent on employee relations, performance management, and compensation. Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (Annual base) + 10% target bonus

What you will do

• Partner with leaders to develop HR strategies that support overall business goals.
• Coach and counsel managers on maintaining positive employee relations and resolving people-related issues.
• Implement and improve cyclical talent programs, including Talent Reviews and performance management processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning, job descriptions, and compensation leveling.
• Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and implement appropriate courses of action.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, EEO, ADA, and SOX).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP) are a bonus.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience covering benefits, compliance, and data analysis.
• Experience supporting business units or companies with at least 500 employees.
• Superior knowledge of US employment law, specifically in WA, CA, and NY.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; previous experience with Workday is a plus.
