What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual national advertising and brand partnership sales goals across the PlayOn portfolio.
  • Build and manage impactful relationships with strategic agencies and direct clients.
  • Create and evangelize unique multichannel partnerships spanning display, video, social, and branded content.
  • Develop and execute strategies for both new business acquisition (hunting) and client renewals (farming).
  • Collaborate with internal departments like Client Strategy and Ad Operations for post-sale execution and optimization.
  • Maintain real-time reporting and pipeline management via Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4-7+ years of digital media sales experience.
  • Must be located on the US East Coast.
  • Existing relationships with major holding companies (e.g., Publicis, Dentsu, GroupM, OMG, Havas, IPG).
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing brand partnerships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including Display, Video, Audio, Social, and Ad Measurement.
