What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound account leads to create qualified opportunities for AMs and BDRs.
- Conduct discovery calls and thoroughly qualify prospects to ensure strong fit and conversion potential.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and CSMs on a fixed book of accounts to build pipeline and drive growth.
- Research accounts and territories to uncover new contacts and decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and refine outreach strategies using Gong and Highspot.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of outbound prospecting experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Strong interest in financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
