TL;DR
Account Development Representative (Fintech): Generating qualified opportunities and driving early-stage pipeline within Core accounts with an accent on outbound prospecting and client discovery. Focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing clients and delivering high-quality leads to fuel revenue growth.
Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States (5 days a week)
Salary: $65,000 base + $32,500 OTE commission ($97,500 total annual income)

What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to create qualified opportunities for Account Managers and BDRs.
- Conduct discovery calls to thoroughly qualify prospects and ensure strong fit before handoff.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to build pipeline within a fixed book of accounts.
- Research accounts and territories to uncover new decision-makers and growth opportunities.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce to craft tailored messaging and maintain accurate records.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Interest in financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
