Salary: $100,500 – $110,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Partner with senior Growth AEs to identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage CRM records and maintain pipeline hygiene.
  • Prepare product demos and customize proposals to address startup finance pain points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align on customer needs and product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, customer success, or business development.
  • Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for fintech and motivation to learn financial products.

Nice to have

  • Experience with startups, the venture ecosystem, or SaaS/financial technology.
  • Previous experience in quota-carrying roles or book-of-business expansion.
