TL;DR

Salary: $120,000 - 150,000 base

What you will do

  • Manage technical implementation, onboarding, and adoption for a portfolio of clients to drive growth.
  • Architect implementation plans and configure the platform to satisfy specific client objectives and requirements.
  • Develop custom JavaScript functions to capture analytics data and satisfy complex use cases.
  • Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports to provide clients real-time visibility into digital performance.
  • Guide clients in defining meaningful requirements and creating innovative technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions.
  • Must be based in the United States (as evidenced by US-specific benefits and E-Verify status).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript development, HTML, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Optimizely, or Tealeaf.
  • Expert knowledge of browser developer tools and page load lifecycle for performance optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with React, Angular, Vue, or native mobile development.
  • Professional experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting.
