What you will do

  • Own publisher relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through long-term growth and retention.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and strategic advisor for premium and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance to implement technical optimizations that drive revenue.
  • Perform high-level analysis to identify root causes of technical issues affecting ad delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams including Support, Yield, and Product to advocate for publisher needs.
  • Educate publishers on new technologies and assist in upselling technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops within the Ad Tech ecosystem.
  • Advanced, hands-on knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including header bidding and ad serving principles.
  • Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience interpreting complex performance dashboards.
  • Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
