What you will do
- Own publisher relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through long-term growth and retention.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and strategic advisor for premium and enterprise-level accounts.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance to implement technical optimizations that drive revenue.
- Perform high-level analysis to identify root causes of technical issues affecting ad delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams including Support, Yield, and Product to advocate for publisher needs.
- Educate publishers on new technologies and assist in upselling technical solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops within the Ad Tech ecosystem.
- Advanced, hands-on knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including header bidding and ad serving principles.
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience interpreting complex performance dashboards.
- Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
