SDR Manager (Fintech): Managing a team of Account Development Representatives to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth with an accent on hands-on coaching, performance monitoring, and strategic collaboration. Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA (5 days a week)
Salary: $95,000 base + $60,000 on-target variable commission

What you will do
- Lead and inspire a team of ADRs to consistently exceed sales goals through hands-on coaching and motivation.
- Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new Account Development professionals, ensuring a successful start.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to review metrics, share best practices, and drive professional development.
- Utilize data to diagnose performance challenges and provide targeted coaching on pipeline management.
- Partner with Commercial team leadership to align ADR activities with broader account growth strategies.
- Ensure team adherence to standard operating procedures and high standards in lead qualification.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of professional management or team lead experience, preferably in a sales capacity.
- Proven experience exceeding sales quotas and developing reps' cold calling and prospecting skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData/BookIt.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong coaching acumen and exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
