TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Closing new business within the alternative investment industry for Lumonic's private credit management platform with an accent on relationship-building and navigating complex sales cycles. Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, USA. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 base + $150,000 on-target commission

hirify.global, through its subsidiary Lumonic, provides a private credit management platform designed to automate reporting and compliance for private credit lenders.

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within private credit, private equity, and venture capital markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fund managers and investment professionals through consultative selling.
  • Independently conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to showcase platform value.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Work cross-functionally with implementation, customer, and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and identify strategic growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, finance, or related majors.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in financial technology or alternative investments.
  • Strong understanding of private credit, private equity, and venture markets.
  • Proven ability to independently prospect and drive deals without a steady flow of inbound leads.
  • Experience leading product demonstrations and technical POC engagements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
