Salary: Annual base $172,500 + on-target variable commission $69,000

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Sales and Account Managers to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor pipeline health and provide accurate forecasting for assigned segments.
- Drive individual performance through regular feedback, goal setting, and performance management.
- Support team members in complex negotiations and deal structuring to align with business objectives.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of new team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute overall revenue strategy and initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, including 2+ years in people management.
- Proven success managing workflows using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Outreach or Gong.
