Location: Onsite in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $95,000 base + $60,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a team of Account Development Representatives to consistently exceed sales goals through coaching and motivation.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of ADRs, including hiring, onboarding, and continuous professional development.
  • Set clear team objectives and OKRs, aligning ADR goals with broader account growth targets.
  • Utilize data to monitor performance, diagnose challenges, and provide targeted coaching on pipeline management.
  • Partner with Commercial team leadership to coordinate ADR activities with overall account growth strategies.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s to discuss performance, strategic goals, and career progression.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of professional management or team lead experience, ideally in a sales capacity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and experience developing cold calling and prospecting skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData/BookIt.
  • Strong coaching, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
