Salary: $92,500 (Base $65,000 + On-Target Commission $27,500)

What you will do
- Convert inbound leads into qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand prospect business priorities and needs.
- Manage the lead pipeline using a tool stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData.
- Engage prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Collaborate with the SMB Sales Team to drive enterprise client acquisition.
- Contribute to overall sales goals by maintaining accurate records and utilizing the pipeline effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Strong negotiation and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Genuine interest in capital markets.
- Self-starter with a competitive spirit and team-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Prior sales internship experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData/BookIt.
