TL;DR

Sales Operations Specialist (Fintech): Serving as a trusted partner to global Commercial teams to diagnose operational issues and optimize the sales ecosystem with an accent on tool adoption and process efficiency. Focus on analyzing commercial metrics, managing Salesforce configurations, and executing change management for platform releases.

Location: Onsite in New York, NY; must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as the first responder for operational and tooling inquiries, diagnosing root causes and resolving requests within established SLAs.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Monitor and communicate core Commercial metrics, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and lead velocity.
  • Support and optimize Salesforce and other sales tech platforms, including conducting UAT for platform updates.
  • Partner with the Sales Platform team to manage change, communication, and tool adoption through training and enablement.
  • Maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, and process documentation while mentoring new team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or a frontline sales/CS role (SDR, AE, AM, CSM).
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to independently troubleshoot technical and business trade-offs.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
