Account Development Representative (Outbound Sales): Generating qualified opportunities and driving early-stage pipeline within Core accounts with an accent on outbound prospecting and discovery calls. Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA. Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
Salary: $70,000 base + $32,500 on-target commission ($102,500 OTE).

What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to create qualified opportunities for AMs and BDRs.
- Conduct discovery calls and thoroughly qualify prospects to ensure strong fit and conversion potential.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with AMs, BDRs, and CSMs to build pipeline and drive growth within a fixed book of accounts.
- Research territories and use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Highspot to craft tailored messaging.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and use Gong to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital.
- Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
