What you will do

  • Define and enforce hirify.global’s regional and global operating rhythm.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager of APAC to drive targets and report on business performance.
  • Design, deploy, and optimize global territory models across APAC sales segments based on market potential and account data.
  • Elevate forecasting capabilities and implement strong pipeline rigor.
  • Collaborate with the Global RevOps team to procure and roll out the necessary tech stack to the field.
  • Lead strategic special projects including market expansion, vertical alignment, and competitive analyses.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or a related GTM planning function.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market models, sales territories, and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
