What you will do

• Manage a book of strategic enterprise accounts as the primary advisor on activation and business value.
• Design and deliver expert-level, use case-based training and onsite workshops to drive platform adoption.
• Analyze complex quantitative datasets to uncover optimization opportunities across digital and omni-channel experiences.
• Establish expert-level mastery of the hirify.global platform and create reusable best practices for the organization.
• Mentor new hires and peers to accelerate their ramp-up and consulting excellence.
• Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks through adoption monitoring and execution of remediation plans.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and either Spanish or French is required to support customers in both languages.
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, or consulting.
• Proven ability to transform large, complex quantitative datasets into measurable business impact.
• Strong client-facing leadership and advisory skills, with the ability to build trust at the executive level.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for audiences of 50+ participants.
• Must be based in the UK or Spain.
