What you will do
- Manage a book of strategic enterprise accounts as the primary advisor on activation and business value.
- Design and deliver expert-level, use case-based training and onsite workshops to drive platform adoption.
- Analyze complex quantitative datasets to uncover optimization opportunities across digital and omni-channel experiences.
- Establish expert-level mastery of the platform and create reusable best practices for the organization.
- Mentor new hires and peers to accelerate their ramp-up and consulting excellence.
- Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks through adoption monitoring and execution of remediation plans.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and either Spanish or French is required to support customers in both languages.
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, or consulting.
- Proven ability to transform large, complex quantitative datasets into measurable business impact.
- Strong client-facing leadership and advisory skills, with the ability to build trust at the executive level.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for audiences of 50+ participants.
- Must be based in the UK or Spain.
