What you will do

• Define the strategy for personalising Financial Services offers across the retail journey.
• Drive optimisation of proprietary offers to improve engagement, conversion, and value.
• Lead experimentation programmes using A/B and multivariate testing to uncover insights and accelerate performance.
• Develop customer-level segmentation, targeting, and optimisation/predictive models for smarter product and commercial decisions.
• Create measurement frameworks, dashboards, and insight to support decision-making across the business.
• Recruit, coach, and develop an analytics team; translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong background in analytics, experimentation, and optimisation.
• Experience leading analytical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python (or similar tools) to uncover insights and solve complex problems.
• Ability to design and evaluate robust experimentation programmes.
• Experience building segmentation, targeting, and/or predictive models tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Clear communication skills to explain complex concepts and influence product and commercial stakeholders.
