What you will do

• Translate complex data into compelling stories to guide product strategy.
• Partner with PMs to define KPIs, metric trees, and business outcomes.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and causal analyses.
• Surface insights to size opportunities and sharpen roadmap prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure reliable, scalable data models.
• Create dashboards and drive data literacy across product teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally in SaaS.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau.
• Proven expertise in designing and evaluating A/B tests.
• Solid grasp of statistics and causal inference.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through clear storytelling.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
