What you will do

• Install, integrate, and deploy hirify.global software and SaaS solutions for customers.
• Communicate technical and functional aspects of implementations to clients and partners.
• Configure solutions based on specifications provided by Solution Architects.
• Deliver technical training to enable customers and implementation partners.
• Build and evaluate custom rules for customer environments.

Requirements

• Portuguese: Native or professional fluency required
• Must be based in Brazil
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a technology company, including at least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Experience installing software on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Database knowledge (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, or MySQL) and experience with Active Directory/LDAP.
• Familiarity with networking principles (SSL/TLS, TCP/IP) and programming languages like Java, SQL, or Python.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with web technologies like RESTful APIs and SOAP.
• Background in quality assurance or IT audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
