What you will do

• Lead new product development for the skincare category from early-stage concept through to commercialization.
• Oversee product formulation, packaging development, claims substantiation, and regulatory readiness.
• Manage day-to-day project progress, reporting on milestones, risks, and deliverables to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, packaging engineering, industrial design, and marketing teams.
• Utilize consumer research and clinical testing feedback to inform product positioning and formulation decisions.
• Manage product costs in partnership with supply chain and sourcing teams to meet margin targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, or formulation development.
• Background in skincare, beauty, personal care, or other regulated consumer products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and partnering with R&D and regulatory teams.
• Knowledge of stability testing, packaging compatibility, and global regulatory compliance.
• Must be based onsite in Needham, MA.
