Location: Uxbridge, UK (Onsite/Field-based, requires 180 customer-facing days per year)

What you will do
- Sell biologic brands to key clinicians and payers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute best-in-class account plans based on deep understanding of the local health economy.
- Identify and co-create pathway solutions to resolve local bottlenecks and barriers to medication access.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and develop national speaker advocates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MSLs and Service Managers, to drive brand uptake.
- Manage territory budgets and track KPIs using Cockpit reports to optimize business cycles.
Requirements
- Proven success in clinician-facing roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Deep understanding of NHS priorities, ICS structures, and policy drivers.
- Knowledge of ABPI/IPHA Codes and GDPR regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and multi-channel engagement tools.
- Experience in dermatology, high-cost medicines, or biologics is highly desirable.

- Experience working directly with Payors.
- Background in specialty immuno-dermatology.
