What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end development of the Ninja Outdoor category from early-stage concept through to mass production.
• Manage daily project progress, reporting on key milestones, deliverables, and issues to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, industrial design, and marketing to translate consumer needs into detailed product specifications.
• Leverage market intelligence and consumer feedback to refine products throughout the development process.
• Manage product costs and coordinate with supply chain, sourcing, and merchandising for profitable launches.
• Support go-to-market efforts by creating product specifications, instructional materials, and post-launch FAQs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product development or engineering, preferably in consumer goods or the outdoor category.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing individuals or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Must be based onsite at the Needham, MA headquarters.
• Strong communication and project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
